Welcome to Day 2!

The registration table will reopen at 8:30 AM outside the ballroom for those that arrived late last night or early this morning.

The first round of Clinics kicks off at 9:00 AM and run every hour and a half, six at a time. There’s more railroading, modeling, and sharing than you can shake a stick at.

Tonight we are also happy to host the annual Friends of the Freight Car dinner gathering. Eric Hansmann will be moderating a panel discussion on Prototype vs Proto-freelanced layout design for the after dinner entertainment. See more of Clark Propost, Jason Klocke, Jared Harper, and Lowell Smith in action and ask questions during the panel. A limited number of meal tickets are still available. See Katie at Registration.

Local folks that couldn’t get away from work for the entire event? No problem, stop by registration and ask for the one day rate. $35, cash at the door. You get access to the day’s clinics and the displays and vendors in the ballroom.

Finally, check out these assembled Mini-Kits from year’s past. The FGEX reefers were gifted in 2018, the CGW boxcar in 2017, and the B&O M-15k in 2016. Clark Propst had all three on display in HO, while Karl Andrasko shared some N scale examples:
